Seems like a silly thing to put up on the forum but I could never be accused of being to smart.
I love shooting benchrest for the challenge of "smashing that bull "and if I can get a centred shot in the bull then thats always a "yeah baby" moment.
The mates that I have made whilst shooting benchrest are the best part of the sport .
Always willing to help out and give there time and experience if asked politely and all half mad like me.
The challenge of shooting in the wind and getting everything right mentally and with the setup of the rifle rest etc.
Don't think I will ever get everything right though but thats the fun of it, the trying.
Pushing your self to be as good as your ability allows.
Going to comps like Melbourne or Coffs and seeing another beautiful part of the world.
Lifes short so live it to its fullest.

The best feeling is when Robin and I got a 250 at 100 yards last Sunday but he got 6 xs and I got 5 ..then I was looking at the records and the 100 record is 6 x's it felt good to know that I was almost there

Thats great Shooting Kim and Robin to get 250 at 100 is really hard .
well done mate I am sure you will smash some records before you are through.
Its fun to challenge yourself and be challenged by your mates.
