R.I.P. Nancye McKenzie

It is with regret that I advise of the passing of Nancye McKenzie on October 3rd.
Nancye was the Secretary of the SSAA Newcastle Branch from 1981 until 2002 and a Life Member of the Branch for her many years of constant service to the Club. Her administrative abilities reached beyond the Club as she assisted with a number of disciplines over her many years of involvement.
Nancye was also a highly respected competitor and had success at State and National Championships in Hunter Class and Rimfire Benchrest.
Rest in Peace Nancye and thank you.

Thanks for putting that on

Thanks for putting that on here Tony.
I remember Nancy and Jock McKenzie as valued members of the 'benchrest family'.
Nancy was a good shooter and had the habit of shooting her 100 yard groups right up in the black square of the business target. When I queried her on this she said it was because that put it right on the money when the targets went out to 200 yards.

RIP Nancy - you won't be forgotten.
