looking for 22lr, scope and reloading gear

hi every one im starting out in the shooting game im looking for 22 for field rifle and hunter class bench rest
sako or Anschutz,
also looking for a scope for my bench rest 22 been told i should look for a 36 power.
and i do not have any reloading gear i have a 6m ppc that i intend to use for centerfire
